Private Dining Room Details: Purpose: Ideal for special occasions requiring a comfortable and refined ambiance. Event Types: Suitable for family reunions, corporate events, and holiday parties. Seating Configuration: Includes 4 Chinese-style round tables with a total capacity of 40 seats. Reservation Costs and Policies: Minimum Consumption: Each table requires a minimum consumption of $400, covering all food and drinks from the menu. Total minimum consumption for the room is $1600 ($400 x 4 tables). Additional Charges: Service Charge: A 20% service charge is applied automatically after tax, calculated based on the total bill (excluding tax). Reservation Time: No room charge for the first 2.5 hours after the reservation time. Extension Fee: $50 per 30 minutes will be charged for any time extension beyond the initial 2.5 hours. Initial Reservation Time: When you make a reservation for the PDR, it includes an initial 2.5-hour time slot starting from your reserved start time. This time slot covers the duration for your event, including setup if needed. Setup Time within 2.5 Hours: Any time needed for setting up the room within the 2.5-hour reservation window is counted as part of the allotted time. (For example, if your event starts at 7:00 PM and you require setup starting from 6:00 PM, this setup time is included within the 2.5-hour reservation period.) Extension Fee for Overlapping Time: If your event extends beyond the initial 2.5-hour reservation period, including setup time, an additional fee of $50 per 30 minutes will apply for each increment of time beyond the allotted period. Important Notes: Tax and tips are not included in the minimum consumption and service charge. The room reservation is subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
